Sickies

Yesterday I had surgery.  I have felt pretty good since I came home, but was advised by my Dr. to stay home today also.  I planned to relax today and try to get some rest.  Little did I know that Sam would have other ideas.  He spent the night getting sick.  So, after being up with him for part of the night, he stayed home with me today.  We slept in and cuddled until 9 (which just proves that he was sick!).  He seemed like he was doing ok, so I thought we would get out and go for a car ride for a bit.  By the time we got to the store Sam was saying that his stomach hurt.  Before I could do anything, he hurled all over the car and began crying.  Needless to say, we ended up coming right back home, cleaning up, and relaxing for the afternoon.  I layed on the couch, turn on Calliou for him and gave him the iPad.

By the late afternoon he was feeling much better and Nana came to visit, so we sat outside while Sammy rode his bike around the driveway.

Here are a some of our photos from the past few days...

Our walk at Riverside...

Oreo's look of amusement...

Adri is super into photography...Wonder where she gets that from?

Oreo's amused look.  :)

One of many attempts at getting a 3 year photo of Sam.  He didn't smile, not once!

Daddy attempts to teach Sam how to ride a two wheeler with pedals.  This was Sam's first time!

Sam's sick morning...

Not so sick by afternoon...

Our scary guard dog.  Watch out!

Fuzzy Wuzzy gets vocal and tries to be the boss!

Sam's choice of bikes...

After Adri's bike-athon through the puddles the other day, her bike needed cleaning.

Sam washed too, just not his bike!

Rainbow!
