We enjoyed the "kabooms" and spectacular light show at the downtown fireworks last night. Sammy and Adri had a blast playing with friends and then watching the fireworks. Sammy was so intrigued in fact, that he couldn't take his eyes off of them. Well, for five minutes at least, until he realized that they were basically all the same and it would be much more fun to visit with friends sitting around us. :)

Sam Man enjoys watching the vehicles in the parade as they pass by...This was the ONLY thing that could keep his attention during this time.
Back home, Sammy decides to try out Adri's horse. He's getting so close to getting on there and riding away into the sunset!
